Ride on Surface Cleaner

I have heard others talk about it before but I cant seem to find anything in the search.

Does anyone out there know where to rent these units I have a lot of 5 story parking garages to clean and the walk behind surface cleaners would be too slow for these sized areas 200,000+ sq ft each.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe you are referring toa "Floor Scrubber" Look in the Yellow Pages under "Floor Scrubbers"

Floor scrubbers aren't going to the do the same quality you would expect from a surface cleaner, even if you can find a company willing to rent you one unit for a job this big. You are still going to have to go and apply degreaser to the oil/gas stains and probably even still power wash sections you are cleaning with the floor scrubber.

I would recommend you go at this one floor at a time with your surface cleaners and see if you can't sub out parts of it to some other local power washers with similar equipment as you have. We've done jobs like this where we've had three crews from our company, and two crews from other power washing companies that we had as subs. We got the entire job done in a weekend and the customer was amazed because all he had ever seen before was companies come in and rent street sweepers and do a light cleaning. So he wasn't in a position to argue about the higher cost because we did such a higher quality job.
