Roof Cleaning

Any roof cleaners have suggestions for how to remove moss from roofs? I have noticed a few homes with moss growing on the roofs and would like to learn how it is taken care of. Is it the same as mold/mildew? Clorine /water/ soap solution, dwell and low pressure rinse. Thanks for any advise.

Im sure moss is similar to lichen, in that it roots itself in the shingle and wont come out with out damaging the shingle.

Pool chlorine, applied with the Xjet, is what works for me.

Oneness, Thanks for the reply. At what dilution are you applying the clorine with the x-jet? How about dwell time?
