I am new to the pressure washing business and 1 of my 1st jobs is a church. they have wood trim painted white all the way around the sanctuary. it was painted 4 years ago and has been pressure washed since then. its covered in mold and mildew. what is the best product to remove the mold and is their a product i can apply after its cleaned to keep the mold from coming back?

Bleach is really the most effective way to remove mildew from siding and painted wood. Buy yourself and m5 and find a good source for pool bleach. If your going to stay in this industry your going to want both..
