Rust on vinyl siding and concrete

Hello, first post on this particular forum. Started this year with my son in the biz. Located in N Atlanta.

Got a job that consists of rust on patio concrete and on vinyl siding. Looks like dripping water from above is rusting out the metal door frame and splashing rust on the vinyl and patio. Its not a big area on the siding and the customer does not want the house pressure washed, just the rust removed. I was thinking of just using a brush on the stain area but wondering what chem would be needed for this.

As for the concrete what will remove the rust there? I will be using a surface cleaner so I figured I would need to put some chem down to dwell before I start the machine on it.

OXALIC is the best way just mix with warm water and use a pump up sprayer.do a search on this site for dealers

Also you should do the whole slab not just spot treating. It will be a lot brighter than the rest so do it all.
