Selling the Business

I have a small pressure washing and painting business in Florida with an extremely good clientele and bring in between $40,000 and $50,000 per year. Can anyone help me with how I would determine what the business is worth to sell - I would be selling all of my equipment plus a very well maintained Ford F150, all of my contacts, the business name and phone number? Any help would be greatly appreciated - also what would be the best way to advertise the business being for sale.

It is worth what you can sell your equipment and other for

Without contracts a business is worth nothing.

Clients are not loyal especially when a business is sold, so the contacts mean nothing

Sorry to be blunt but we have many customers that are because a business sold to someone else and they didn't like the new owners or other.
