Should probably wear a face shield

We recently got a call from the manager of an adult book store, he wanted us to give him an estimate on pressure cleaning the inside of the booths where they have the peep shows. We took a look at them before pricing and they are gross. I was wondering if any of you had some suggestions or possibly may want to subcontract this job?

Hey Fairway,

Full Hazmat coverall clothing(w/hood), long chemical gloves, full face mask respirator with fresh air system supplied, full face shield; 12% liquid sodium hypochlorite diluted 50% and 50% solution of "Simple Green" solution mixed with it, apply & let set for 15 mins. then 3000psi with 25 degree tip, push waste water away and out the cubicles and out the door. A fair price at $85.00 per hr. with a 4 hr. minimum.
And no, I'm not interested in subbing the work.

Dennis and Gloria from Spraymasters have experience with clothesless work. :D This is a little out of my realm. If you do decide to take this job,(I wouldn't) Wear a full rubber suit. Would not want to catch some kind of funky disease.

I work as a part-time washer. My full time job with the State of Georgia, Public Health as a Communicable Disease Specialist. I would be very careful when dealing body fluids. Hepatitis B can live on objects for up to two weeks. Bleach is very effective in killing these viruses. So be sure to use it. I don't think I would want to do the job at all, but if you want to do it, please use all the precautions noted in the other posts to prevent contracting any infectious diseases. And if you're female be sure you don't get pregnant from any live sperm, haha. Good luck.

We have had experience with clothes less jobs, but didn't have to deal with any body secretions (at least, as far as I know)

. Being an RN, I agree with Larry, if you do go for the job, use bleach, and make sure your shots are up to date!!
Good Luck!

HAHAHAHAHAHA.....sounds like a job for the Spray Masters!!! Scott, this is one job I would NOT do clotheless! As a matter of fact I would definetely take the advice from all above. No jokes here...Really would be in full protective gear including a respirator due to the enclosed space. Use some pretty strong mixture of bleach/simple green/water. I would spray it on...let it sit....spray more on and brush....then pressure wash and be very careful of the waste water.
I would charge by the sq ft for the walls, ceiling and floor. Would do it for probably .40 cents per. This should make you 80-100 dollars per hour. Or you could charge by the hour. {{{or just do it by the minute like the customers}}}

Personally, I'd rather burn the place down then rebuild it before I'd clean it. I wonder if a power washer would really be the best way to clean it......as mentioned above, creates lots of wastewater.....and what would you do with that? Make sure you throw extra money into the bid for a new 50ft section of hose, 'cause I'd be sure to throw the one out that I used in that place.

Best of luck if you decide to take this on, and if you do, we'd all like to hear about it and how you decided to tackle it.
