Yup, I searched, and I still dont have a firm grasp on what it is. Can someone explain how to go about getting one, from what I have heard you make it out of a pump and battery.

Cool, but how do I turn that into a tool to use on houses, I mean it just looks like a pump "I know thats all it is" but what else in needed? How is it powered?

Mark, I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but that had nothing to do with what I was asking.

Limeade,

I thought you were asking about how to build a sprayer with a Shurflo pump? Did I misunderstand you?

Shurflo pump can be 12 volts DC powered (Deep Cycle Battery)
Or 115 volt powered, plug in at customers place or in to generator.

Tank to draw from, hose wand etc.

We have completely assembled units available or can sell you the
components..Feel free to call me, I will try to explain further.. :)

Limeade, a surflow is an electric pump typically used for RV's water systems. It is what pumps the water for the shower, faucet, toilete etc. However, the actual 'pump' part of those surflows will break down fast with the chemicals WE use. So the insdies have been fitted with tougher parts to help them last through our chemicals.
These pumps, along with a butt load of smaller diamter hose and a particular wand, are how many of us put the chemical onto whatever we are cleaning.

what you have been shown above is how different memeber have put together these pumps.

Go back and look and you will see how it all works. mark, the sponsor, sells the pumps, hose, wand etc. These sytems allow you to determine the chemical/water ratio without having to use your injector.

OK I get it guys, thanks :)

So if I built one of these, would I need a x-jet? I guess not right? Just pre wet the surface, use sureflow, and the rinse?

an X-Jet shoots the chemical out of your gun in a straight line. So, you can put chemical on the second stroy from the ground w/no extension wand...then rinse with the same tip. The X-Jet basically syphons the chem but instead of going through all of your hose, the syphon IS the X-Jet...only it is attached at the gun and no need to change tips. It is either on or off. In a nut shell.

Hi, I've been using a small pump on hand trolley - for mobility, but nobody local has any idea about dealing with sodium hypochlorite (or potassium hydroxide, or alkali degreasers) and the pump guides all claim that they will last.... So, my question is "What are these tougher parts, and where can I get them?"
Thanks
John
