Skid Marks On Concrete

I was wondering if anyone could tell me an effective way to remove skid marks left by bicycle tires on concrete? I have several stores that I take care of and I have not been able to remove the tire marks successfully. One surface was new concrete and I couldn’t touch it without destroying it. Any suggestions?
Note: I am already using hot water.

A good degreaser should work with heat, but if not AspirSolv from Diedritch Tech will work. Might be a little pricey though

Hey Paul,

When you get that problem licked, be sure to send your kid out there on his bike to mess it up again about once every other week............job security!

But seriously, since you are already using hot water, my first thought is out the window. I'd try what Stateline said, then maybe you could sell them on a seal job afterwards........that might make it easier to clean next time.

tire marks

I just cleaned a new restaurant that that had skid marks all over it. They where left by a Bobcat. The concrete was pretty marred up as well so I had nothing to lose by experimenting. I cleaned the area then used a concrete etch at a 30/1 ratio. I left it on long enough to hook up the surface cleaner (a few seconds) and waaalllaaa no skid marks. :)
