special parking garage equipment

Has anyone ever heard of special equipment that cleans parking garages with 6,000 to 10,000 psi. Bascially, a guy told me of a company who pulls up in a truck ($250,000) and runs hoses through the garage that cleans the garage and captures the water at the same time. This truck apparently isn't an average type pressure washer as it has the special ability to clean the entire garage (60,000 sq ft) in a day and capture the water. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of such a thing and where to go to look up more information on this equipment.

Look up the Swabby 48 it cleans 1000 sqft amin or so and reclaims on the fly. Best thing about it is you ride it just like a 0 degree mower.

Thanks for that. It helps me alot. Does anyone also know about much water I would be using on a 60,000 sq ft garage using a 2 surface cleaners and 2 4,000 psi 4 gpm machines? I need to know the amount of water I'm going to have to possibly capture and dispose of if I can't get a large rig like the one mentioned in your reply.

8gpm X 60 X the numbers of hours to do the job= a lot fo water. I would guess about 20% loss to evaporation etc..

It might be Cyclone Surface cleaning. IF their trucks cost anything less than 250 k I would be surprised. I have never seen them work though, and they do not use that high of pressure.

You may also be able to apply for a NPDES permit to discharge into storm drain. You have to prove you are filtering the water to the required levels. Last time I checked it was $1700.00 for the permit though.
