Would it be easier to setup a handtruck with a shurflo, similar to your picture, but instead goes into 5 gal pails? Just switch pails for the different materials sprayed thru it. It seems that would be easier to cleanup.
Tony,
You mean like this..... I use it to spray chemicals and sealers/stain. If I used a permanent tank I would have to keep cleaning it after the stain and sealers. This way I just switch the bucket. Also, I have a battery one with the permanent tank in the background. Problem is the weight. Its a B---- to get in and out with the weight of the battery plus what chemical you have left in it. I plan to remove the battery and get some long leads to connect to my truck battery like Dan said he does. Probably will leave the tank on it just only put in what I plan to use each particular time. Still like the bucket one better though.

Oh one thing, If you go with an electric one make sure you include a GFCI protector. I use a pigtail between the sprayer cord and my generator or customer's power source. You can get these at local hardware stores for around 15 bucks.

Debi us MEN can tell you the right way where those guys just throw things together. At one time I even thought that was a bright ideal and I do it alone the best I can or maybe I should have said easy as I can.................No,you did not waste your money,it'll do for awhile as to your learning the easiest and fastest way for "you". ]
Glenn,
Your rig is exactly what I was thinking of building. Are you using a Shurflow? I haven't decided if to make mine 12v or 110v. I guess there's pros and cons to everything.
Hi DEBI ive been off the boards for a while and have a idea for you[i hope you got that set up from [ northern tool] $100
it might be easyer to mount it on a WAGON if you have the room
4 wheels are better then 2
