Stadium Questions

In the somewhat close future I may have an opportunity to place a bid on an entire stadium if my trial run goes well. I'd like to be prepared for my proposal in advance, but I've come across a conflicting question that I cant seem to answer, how much do I charge PER SEAT? I cant use my square footed rate because that would get to complicated, and I have no way to find out how many I can do in an hour without doing the job first. So, I turned to a pricing guide sheet that I got when I first bought my machine and it said to charge $1 per seat. I like the way that sounds, but I'm wondering if its accurate. If any of you have every had experience in this I could you use the input.

About four PWNA members and our companies are going to be cleaning the double day field stadium for a Clean Across America project on July 27th.

Were doing it for free but I like the $1 per seat price!!!

Before you get too worked up over what to charge, I'd first try to figure out how I could clean such a large project in what will be a short time frame.

I'd think you'd need 5-6 hot machines running, and of course you need an adequate water supply.

Henry is right, I could concieve a 1$ a seat and this is why...

I have surveyed the Baseball Hall Of Fame Doubleday Field. We are cleaning it on the 28th (Henry put this date on your refridg.) I have laid an action plan out to where we will put a 2 man rig in the outfield Bleachers, A two man rig on the third base line bleachers, A two man rig on the first base line bleachers and a one man rig and a boom truck on the grandstand. We also have Tom Vogel from ACR Products joining us onsite to service and work on any equipment that malfunctions and to offer a bit of his expertise.

We are shooting for a 6 hour start to finish plan.

THe chemicals are going to be a bit pricey, well not really, we have had offers from three different distributers to donate all of the chemicals fot the entire stadium.

We will have a blast... It is the thursday before the annual induction ceramony. If anyone wants to come to Cooperstown to spray a little water, Give me a call - 607-286-7457.
