Stretch Armstrong.... not really

Adrian...glad you made it through the surgery. How long you down for bro?

hi 'Los,
The Dr. said it would be 3 months. But I think I can beat that. I feel I am ahead of the curve now as I can do some movements they hadn't expected this early on.

I have been doing PT for 9 days straight. I am a pretty stubborn and determined little cuss and I will push it much as I can. I am hoping to be back at it by the end of this month.
Hopefully that will be a reality instead of a dream, because I am already going stir crazy.

( Personally I don't like giving jobs away either ).

I will ease back into it easy and soon I promise.

My wife thinks I am overdoing it already and keeps reminding me that it is a "bolt" that is holding the muscle on now and the bone hasn't healed around that bolt, no matter how determined I am.

The best part ( I am being a bit selfish ) is that I can still play my guitar. I had to try right away.
If I lost that, there's point in trying at all in my book.

It won't be long my man.

how did it happen?

A couple days after a deck resto I did, I went back to replace furniture and plants and pots on the deck.

I took on one of those wash tub sized flower pots that out weighed my scrawny butt by about 30 pounds.

I lifted correctly like we all have been told.

The weight of the pot just yanked the muscle off.

The arm just couldn't take the weight.

It sounded like a branch breaking.

Still kinda creepy to recall.

So basically, I just really messed up this time.

I heard there is a new product on the market specifically made for lifting flower pots.

It's called a helper........ one day I'll learn. lol.
