Strip Mall cleaning

I understand that you would use the flat surface cleaner and them wand (for gum removal) to wash down the concrete along the store fronts, but what becomes of the gum that you broke lose. Do you vacuum it up with something or is it just left for some car to come along and mash it into the asphalt?

Thanks,

Anthony

Depends, if you know they have a regular street sweeper service that comes through there once a week or so, you can just leave it to dry and have them pick it up. I've never had a customer ask us about cleaning the parking lot after we did a strip mall or super market. Usually they are so blown away at the incredible job we do on their sidewalks that they walk around in a daze unable to form words... :D

I just closed a big commercial deal. I set a goal for this year of adding a million square feet of commercial concrete cleaning to my business this year. With this one deal I just covered half of my yearly goal, so YES I AM feeling particularly good about myself right now... :D

I'm still working on the Mickie D's prospect, keep going back and forth whether or not I even want to bother. I'll let you know how it goes, I'm supposed to get together with them next week. How about you send one of your crews up here Bryan and I'll just close the deal for you?... LOL ;)
