stucco cleaning

Have grey stucco house to be cleaned with two
problems: 1. black streaks from the shutters have discolored stucco below windows. Any ideas on what to use to remove the stains? 2. rust from outside light fixtures has run down siding. Can theis be removed with oxyllic acid as I do when I clean concrete pads with rust?

Try different things while you do test patches. Bleach might work on the black streaks. If not try gutter zap. Try oxalic acid on the rust or a light mixure of acid.
