Stucco Washing Info Needed

Recently A Friend Asked Me To Power Wash There House. Its A Stucco Finish House With Mold Stains. I Was Wondering How To Proceed In Giving Them A Price And What Kind Of Chemicals I Could Use To Clean The House. Also Is It Safe To Do. I Am Worried About Possible Cracks In The Stucco Which Would Cause Water To Seep In And Cause Possible Damage Underneath. Any Help Would Greatly Be Appreciated. Thank You In Advance.

I have found in my experience with stucco is low pressure with heat for applying chemical, then put the chemical injector into fresh water tank still using low pressure with nozzle and rinse. The biggest factor though is heat/chemical for the job to turn out right, not high pressure on stucco or stucco will be gone and owner will be pissed.
