Suds in the tank.

I was at the rock quarry the other day and there was a pressure washing rig up front filling up with water. I noticed soap foam was coming out of the top of the tank. Just curious what he was planing on rinising with or maybe not at all. To busy to ask them. They may have had something to do with the blasting crew not sure. Anybody have a clue.

Places like that usually don't have sewer available and they reuse the water over and over again thru a water reclaim system. If they use soap it stays in the water until it decentigrates. That's the problem with closed loop systems.
