Tracy has been very helpful. I use their Remove for stripping decks. It runs about $100 for 12 bottles. Each bottle makes 5 gals, though you can vary the strength to suit your needs. I apply with a backpack pump sprayer and use about 3 gals ($5) on an average deck.
As for a brightener, I buy Oxalic acid in bulk and mix my own.
