Surface Cleaner on Carpet Cleaning Rig

My buddy has a truck mount Carpet Cleaning rig that will run at 2500 psi and 4 gpm. Is there any good way to set up a surface cleaner with these settings. My PW runs at 3500 psi and 4.7 gpm. Technically these both machines require the same tips, but his runs much worse than mine. Is there anything else that can be done to optimize or is it pretty much a done deal? Thanks.

For optimum results surface cleaners should be sized
according to the GPM and PSI of p/w powering the
surface cleaner.

What brand, and size surface cleaner arfe you running?'
How many nozzles and waht size nozzles?

It's 20 inch whirl-a-way. It has 2 arms. I'm using 2.5 tips based on my machine's stats. The rig we are trying to run it with has 4 gpm and 2500 psi. It's really more of an experiment to see if we can get this thing running on a carpet cleaning truck mount. If it works, I'll let him borrow it, and he can do his own huge driveway with it.

Like I said, the problem is that according to the chart his machine and my machine require the same size tips despite the differences in performance. His machine is however well above the minimum requirements to run that surface cleaner: 1800 psi at 2 gpm. That's obviously nothing. My question is, are the tips I already have in as good as it gets or can I tweak it?
