Surface cleaner on wood???

it can be used for wood but you will need to lower the pressure by changing the tips as to not burr or feather the wood

Knee jerk reaction! nope.....
A deep thread on this should be around you mite want to search it out. What type of wood is the most inportant information you could provide for a correct responce.

It goes against the grain of most of us pro's and for good reasons.

Hydrotek has a surface cleaner with a dump valve to drop the pressure and speed of spinner bar. It actually works well on wood in certain situations with no striping or damage.

Start with the valve open and slowly close it to get just enough pressure to do the job. It takes finess and attention to detail to make it work. I did a test deck last year - half with wand, half with cleaner then sealed it. I couldnt tell the difference.

so who is right?

if you can do it and know how to it works
if you dont have a clue how to make it work then leave it on the trk.
