I am going to purchase a new surface cleaner. I would appreciate help on selecting a make and model. I will be cleaning residential and commercial sidewalks. I would like the best model that will clean the most surface. I will drive it with a 3500 psi hot water pressure washer. Thanks.

surface cleaners
the first one i ever had over ten years ago i built using wheels and handle bar from an old lawn mower, it worked as good as any i have today and i only had about $100.00 in it, but i also worked in a fabrication shop at the time. i too am partial to the steel eagle, i like the air tires. when one of my 30" steel eagles was stolen, being a little short on cash at the time I built another one myself out of stainless and i believe its the best one i've had. I do have a 36" twister with an engine propelled spray bar, it does a far better cleaning job, but it sucks on driveways and sidewalks, it is just too big and weighs about 200 LBS. it is great for those larger jobs, like parking lots etc.
