I think that might be used in "d-LIMONENE"

Proteus NP9.5
Product Description: The 9.5-mole ethoxylate of nonylphenol. It is a biodegradable liquid, anhydrous, nonionic surfactant. It is a water-soluble nonyl phenoxy ethanol with 9 to 10 molecules of
ethylene oxide. It is supplied as 100% active. It is useful as a wetting agent, an emulsifier, dispersant, and solubilizing agent.

DELIMONLENE IS A CITRIC BASED CLEANER.
a SURFACENT IS A CHEM THAT MAKES WATER WETTER.
iF IM NOT MISTAKEN A SURFACENT HAS SMALLER MOLUCLUES THEN THE WATER AND DETERGENT AND FIT'S BETWEEN THEM.
iF YOU TOOK A VERY FULL GLASS OF WATER WHERE 1 MORE TABLESPOON OF WATER WOULD OVERFLOW IT. iF YOU ADDED 1 TABLESPOON OF RUBBING ALC. IT WONT. tHE RUBBING ALC. MOLUCLES FIT IN BETWEEN THE WATER MOLUCLUES. tHEY ARE SMALLER.
i THINK DELCO SELL'S A SURFACENT BUT DONT KNOW IF IT IS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR.
