Guys it seems that now that I have a rig full of logos and all, people arent afraid to want to run into me. Just last week a lady acted like she was going to turn and had her signal on also. When I started to pull ou she kept on going straight. Some people! BEWARE!

Thats ok! Were stuck together no matter what. A pile of bills, 2 kids and one on the way, both quick draw tempers!

Guy pulled out in front of me on march 13. Finally got my van back April 28th. $6000.00 damage, $2500.00 rental charges. His fault.

Me too......someone pulled out in front of me and stopped right in my lane.....locked 'em up and had to turn into a convenience store parking lot to miss him!

Glenn, sorry to hear about that....I bet the worst part was being without your vehicle for so long!

My service tech hit a deer in my van. Not much damage. One week later she hit a deer with her van. The deer ran out in front, she swerved to the left, the deer took out the r front fender, the ford p/u took out the left front fender. Total damage, $11,000, The Ford p/u was totalled, as was the deer. Repairs took 6 weeks, Jennifer drove her Toyota during that time. We have turned in so many w/s claims, the company won't cover glass any more. A year and half ago, I hit an airplane ( don't ask) My vehicle insurnce company, Commercial Union Insurance Co. Do I recommend them, you bet! Will I change? Absolutly not! They
paid the claims, no questions and have not raised my rates. Insurance is not cheap, but is needed if you are in business.

Are you sure it was'nt a Budweiser Clydesdale they didnt hit since it happened twice. Clydesdales are famous for running into cars after a few cold ones!

Had a customer who was washing the drive thru at a LongJohn Silvers, His machine caught his trailer on fire. The burner was a european Hot Box. It caught the wood on fire then the Deisel tank went then the plastic gas tank got a hole melted in it and that put gas on the fire! He almost caught the building on fire! He ran out jumped in his truck and moved it to an open spot. The machine was a total loss. His insurance payed for a new trailer and machine and a touch up on the tailgate of the truck. They said he was lucky he moved the truck. After that they dropped him. THE LESSON HERE IS < DON"T PARK TO CLOSE TO THE BUILDING WITH A HOT WATER MACHINE!

The classic story I heard was about a guy that was washing a fleet of trucks for a mid size trucking company. His machine ran out of fuel so he was fueling it up. The gas caught fire, he got scared and through the gas can. Burned three semis before the fire department got there. He was not insured. He is still in business, running without insurance.
People like this make me nuts!!!
