During times of limited cash flow, there is often one mistake business owners make in an effort to try and correct it.
They cut back or completely eliminate their budget for marketing.
That is not a great idea and will only lead to further cash flow problems down the road. It also demonstrates a lack of understanding to what it is that actually drives a business' growth and success.
