Unless he starts following you and tries to steal your customers, I wouldn't worry about it. However, I would certainly stop helping him with tips.

Look at it this way,all the powerwashing broads are like the guy next door, just a click away.Giving free info to the broad(s) is the same thing as giving tips to the guy next door.By reading your post he has already made several mistakes, start out lying want get him every far in this trade.

Hang in there and be number one,he want last, than again you both may be able to help each other.

At first he was just asking about my biz and how much i can make and all
and i did not think much of it till he started getting a trailer and pressure washers, and now he thinks he is king of the psi...

I know how you feel. Different scenario but same agravation nonetheless. With my Restore-A-Deck line a certain individual called every member of a certain org and complained how I was hurting the professional contractor.. How dare I.. blah blah blah. Now on his website is an imitation of my products to a tee. I am flattered he finds my business ideas superior enough to duplicate but what he doesn't remember is.. he is not me. He'll get a couple dollars here and there but he will alway be playing catch up. The same goes for your neighbor. He sees easy money. Let him get into it and figure out that it takes much more than copying someone's business model to be successful.

I agree. I'll reitterate what Larry said. Give it a little time, always do a better job, and he'll leave the same way he came. Like a fart in the wind.
