Hello everyone,

I'm curious what do you use to make chemicals stick to vertical surfaces better.? Is there something I can add or does this have to be done at the manufacturing stage?
Thanks,
Adrian

Hi Adrian,

We use a product called Carbopol for hydroxides and alkaline soaps. It doesn't dissolve into lower ph chemicals very well. We get Carbopol through Warsaw Chemical but you can probably get it locally through a chem manufacturer.

Adrian,
What chem are you trying to make stick? And what are you trying to clean?

Seems like a thickening agent might lessen the cappillary action that would draw the soap into the material needing to be emmulsified. Just a thought

This is not my expertize but, would corn starch make more of a mess if used as a thickening agent? Mom uses it to thicken gravy. Just a thought.
