I'm a little desperate here for some quick help. I need to power wash my house this weekend for paint prep and need some help with the chem recipe. I just bought an X-jet and the instructions call for 2gal bleach, 1/4 cup of dawn, and the rest water in a 5gal bucket. I know I need to use TSP to etch the paint surface, but how much? The house is a 2-story built in 1974 with masonite hardboard siding. I didn't get any replies to my earlier post. I have spent hours with the search engine, but I still don't have a clear understanding of using a TSP chem mix with the X-jet. I have a rental lift coming next week and would be forever greatful to anyone that can help me out of a jam here so I can get this house washed and ready for paint. My PW is cold water 3500psi/4gpm.
