A Monroe man is recovering in the hospital after he was overcome by carbon monoxide fumes Sunday afternoon.
AirCare transported him from his home on Britton Lane to the hospital.
The man was operating a gasoline-powered pressure washer in his basement when he was overcome by fumes around 1:15 p.m..
No word yet on his condition.
