Ready Seal has a lot of good benefits. But it seems to have a short life span. Meaning it my still be protecting the wood, but looks bad in less than a year.

That is what I heard from several contractors. But I also heard it is equal to Wolman as far as quality.
Take that for what it is. Hear say.

I've been using Ready Seal for almost three years now........and the only trouble I have ever had with it was my own fault.

Example.......twice I sealed decks when it was too damp........does not penetrate properly. I now carry a moisture meter so that will never happen again.

Other problem was I didnt put enough sealer on it......some decks are more "thirsty" then others.......especially cedar.

If the surface is prepared properly, and the wood is dry, you too should have good luck with Ready Seal.
