K7 Unloader


Some distributers rate them at 2700 psi , 3000 psi and 3500 psi. Is there a difference? I know they are rated by the flow rate. But are there different rating for psi?
It seems like this year I have gone thru more than normal.

there's more than one k7.k7-2 is what i use,3000 psi 5.5 gpm . there is a 1 and 3. is that what's getting you mixed up?

I know the different flow rates

K7.0 2.1 - 2.9 gpm
K7.1 2.9 - 4.2
K7.2 4.2 - 6.6
K7.3 6.6 - 10.6

Is the K7 rated over 3000psi ?

I'v had a k-7 on a 3200psi,5.6gpm general ts2021 pump for two years now with no problems,over 800 hours, maybe it was just a bad run of unloaders

The K-7 Unloaders were originally rated at 3000 PSI Maximum.

I have seen some running the K-7 up to 3500 PSI.

I have not seen an official bulletin regarding the maximum rated pressure, however General Pump increased the rated PSI on the TS2021 from 3000 to 3500 PSI, it stands to reason they would do the same with their best selling unloader also.
