Used Farley unit

I was going to purchase a new Farley 3000 psi, 5.6 gpm for $6500.
I have a friend who's offered to sell me his that's identical to the new one, w/131 hrs on it. Minor things wrong w/it, mostly cosmetic. He said he'd throw in the 300 gal water tank. I told him to come with a price that he thinks is fair, and then call me. I need your help. My budget will allow for the new one, but if I can save $1000 or so, then that would be a great help. What do you all think would be a fair price? $5000? Lower? HELP!

p.s. He'll also throw in 150 ft of high pressure hose.

Why would you buy that if you can buy an 8 gpm unit from 4899.00 to 5299.00?
I'm not familiar with the brand you are talking about though, maybe it's a top rated brand or something.

Yeah, Farley is supposed to be top of the line stuff. That's what I've been told around here, anyway. I'll check out the site. Thanks!
