Vertical Shaft Engine

I have a 24 HP Briggs and Statton vertical shaft engine that's about new and in good shape. Is there anyway this engine can be made to power a pump? Just curious.

Use it for a monster surface cleaner.

Now theres an idea. A surface cleaner with a chair, and cup holders. I guess the engine would better suit somebodys lawn mower, rather then putting a ton of work into making it work as a pressure washer. It would have to have some kind of gear box, which would also be a lot of maintance I assume.
