Can anyone direct me to a web site or give me direction on where to find epa or local guidelines on water recovery for postal service vehicles for the state of Idaho? I know the regulations here are much more lax than in other states. Any Help?

Yes I think they covered all of the states. I got this book when I attended a conference that was sponsored by the ATA on vehicle washing. The ATA tried to get information from each state.

It gives an overview of what the requirements were at that time along with names and numbers to contact for more information within that state.

If you have a fax, I can send you a copy of what I have for your state.

I would also contact your local sewer utilities department because here diffrent citys have difrent laws about what you can and cant do.
