Wayne Burner

Can anyone tell me what material the little "J" tubing that leads from the pump to the nozzle is made of? I think it should be a small piece of metal tubing with flares on both ends.

I recently picked up a non working Farleys elecric steam cleaner/ pw washer and plan on using the heater from it.

According to the Suntec pump and Wayne burner output plates this should not be a problem.

Presently have replaced fuel lines, filters, cleaned diesel tank, cleaned coil w/ H20, and now rewiring power switch.
A replumbing has taken place since steam will no longer be used.

Heater has a flow switch with a reed on input side. An adjustable thermostat on the output side and low fuel pressure switch on the pump. Verifying the wiring is correctly configure for new application.

Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Good Morning,

The fuel line from the fuel pump / fuel solenoid to the burner drawer assembly is copper.

It is included in a Wayne Burner Tune up kit.

Let me see if I can dig up a wiring diagram for you also.

Here it is 115 Volt Wiring Diagram.

If you are using the unit as a water heater only, eliminate the pump motor circuit.

(Simply bypass the pump / motor circuit.)

I was unable to post picture / diagram

I would be :) happy to e-mail it to you, e-mail me with your e-mail address.
