what are these clean spots??

I got a call from a customer to clean his driveway. when i got there I saw this. tried hot and cold pressure washing. nothing budged. He say he thinks it is car or tire wax. Shows even more when the concrete is wet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect they are from a silicone based tire dressing such as Armor All

I have some of these in my driveway from Armor All, only noticeable when
driveway is wet.

I did a Google search and did not find much definitive, someone had contacted ArmorAll and was given a solution.

I e-mailed Armor All about 90 minutes ago,
asking how to remove the ArmorAll stains
on concrete driveway, just got this reply
from them:

Car wax and Armor All are toughies. I have an appointment tomorrow with an auto body shop owner and a commercial janitorial owner, I'll ask them.
