i started with ultrasonic blind cleaning,then added window cleaning and this year i started pressur washing
we have alot of retired folks here that love having one company take care of all thier cleaning needs, it might be time to hire employees

I have been in the PW business 8yrs now. The first 4yrs I washed on a part-time basis.The last 4yrs I have hired employees to wash all my car lots. I have worked at General Electric for 12yrs as a purchasing agent through the week. I also own a beauty shop that my wife operates.
And I own 2 rental Properties.
Thinking about opening a bike shop/skatepark. Man my wife said she would kill me if I opened up one more business. Oh well! She sure likes the money!

Charlie, Besides doing lots and lots of hoods we found something rather lucrative to do on the weekends, as you know most restaurants don't want you there on the weekends. CHIPPENDALE DANCERS, yep that's what we do on the weekends - almost as much money for 2 days stripping as working 45 plus hrs a week doing hoods. Had to do a lot of sit-ups tho and it may not be for everyone.

Hey Trace! Don't blame you for getting away from the drywall business. Hard work and tough to make a buck on these days. My father and his brothers where in the business for years. Thought I would take over but things got too monopolized in the area. Had to make a career change. Been doing pw since 1991... Easier work for sure!

Basically though... I am a jack of all trades...master of none!
