John,

You'll be cleaning all that twice a month? You'll want nothing less then 3500 PSI, and more importantly, nothing under 4 GPM. If you go with one of the cheaper machines with a low GPM, you'll be spending a week just doing the job. I'd talk with Mark. His link is the banner at the top of the page at the right. He'll tell you what you need and what's a fair price.

I own one of the dewalt 2800psi 3 gal min washers. It's a great pressure washer for smaller jobs.It depends on how much time you are willing to spend cleaning.

The unit you choose is going to determine how quickly you get the job done. If you get the smallest one, count on spending at least twice as much time doing the same job compared to a 4gpm machine. Isn't that worth spending twice as much? A $700 difference in price, twice a month comes to $30 per use over a years time. Well worth the hours saved.
Aside from the machine issue, you have three VERY different jobs. Metal, concrete, and paint or wood or vinyl or dryvit or ???
Get the big machine and worry more about which chems to use. It will make your job MUCH easier.
