Wind fall or Danger zone?

I have the opportunity to do an entire nursing home, roof, walls and flatwork. The thought is a bit intimidating, but just the roof of this huge single story complex is about the equivalent of 12-14 large houses. My thought is that if I do the roof first, which uses all low pressure that it might generate the needed revenue for a new hot water machine. Its a white composition roof about 10-12 yrs old, but in pretty good shape. just a lot of fungus stains. Ive seen you more experienced guys warn newbies away from big jobs, but Im really not afraid to stick my neck out on this, considering the reward that lies ahead. First being that it would be a fantastic reference, the monetary return would probably pay for a HUGE protion of either a Delco or Iron Horse, and the company that owns this home might want me to do other properties if I do well on this one. Still, I seek your input, if I didnt respect it.. you know I wouldnt ask. Rates, or method of charging would be helpful, Im going to experiment with several chems before I decide on exactly what to use, but I have been given a few suggestions from a few roof guys already.
