Before I had read any of the threads on here about the x/m jets, I had purchased a similar tool built by my local supplier. I would not have done so had i known the facts but instead bought the real deal from the sponsor. However, now that i have it, I had not used it until I read a thread on here about house washing...I focus mostly on residential work. anyway, I used this tool yesterday as a result of...I think Ken from Orlandos post....this tool is a serious time saver.
If you do not have one...walk...wait, RUN to the sponsor and purchase tis little tool.
I had a 4k foot single story stucco house. Mildew, shotgun fungai...dirt. The first part of the house took me about 1.5 hours using my old method of chemical pump, hose, wand etc...but I had about 200 ft of hose because the house was set back from the road. I had to pick up the chem wand, turn it on, spray the chem, turn it off, lie it down, pick up pressure wand, pull trigger etc. THEN move both hoses to new location and start all over. Well, by the time I had moved about 150 feet or so...I rememeber my tool...I put new chem in a bucket, broke out my tool....freaking BAMO...the rest of the house...the entire rest of the house! THE SIDE WHERE ALL THE DIRT AND MILDEW WAS! took 45 minutes.

I have named my little tool the general. After work, he and I went for drinks. He has his own little ned next to mine and next week I will have it gold plated!
Your life is incomplete without a little general.

I have no clue who invented this thing but he, or she, needs their very own holdiay! To you..whoever you are...you have given me a reason to live!
