X-Jet VS. Extension pole

Are these two pieces of equiptment pretty much used for the same things????
Or let me put it this way could one replace the other???? Should i have one of them or both for washing two story houses. THanks guys

I suppose it is a mtter of preference...until you get into that spot where you need to be right on the second floor wall. I have both but use my x0jet 99% of the time.
I had rather use an x-jet with a ladder than drag the extension wand out and hold it ofr ten minutes...I am a wussy. I used my extension pole for two hours one day....I stayed in bed for two days.Of course part of that was cause I had a hangover.

i would say to buy both i keep several different sized wands and extentions as well as my m-5 (x jet)

I use both. Sometimes I rinse with the xjet on the extension pole. There are times when you want to rinse as straight on as you can to avoid shooting water under the bottom of the siding. This is hard not to do with an xjet on a 20+ foot wall.
