X-jet was made for distance and had an add on to make a fan spray for washing and it can not be adjusted and to change between the 2 takes a wrench. M-5 has a perminant attachment that adjusts from solid stream to wash fan no wrenche or tools required. Get the M-5

what makes the x-jet so special? Is there a way to copy the way it works for cheaper? I haven't seen one in person just vague pictures online. Could anyone post some pictures of it possibly the front nozzle part and side.

thanks

"what makes the x-jet so special?"

It is a tremendous time saver. Time is money. I haven't used a soap injector since I purchased the x-jet. It has eliminated 80% of my ladder work. What used to be a 4 hour job, lugging ladders around, has turned into a 2 - 2 1/2 hour job, with much less effort. You can work harder or you can work smarter. The x-jet is one of those tools that helps you work smarter.

"is there a way to copy the way it works for cheaper?"

Sure there is. But until you buy the materials, go get the materials, test your prototype, make adjustments, etc. - you might as well just spend the $120. You'll make up that cost on just one job.(Assuming you are charging a minimum of $60 per hour)

I use my x-jet a lot. I couldn't imagine washing a house without one. It's a valuable tool that pays for itself immediately. Is there a cheaper alternative? possibly, but cheaper may mean not constructed very well. The xjet is built like a tank.....to last. As long as I don't lose my xjet, I can't see ever having to replace it.

Mark's price is really good too, I paid about $150 2 years ago!

I just bought the new Mjet last Month and I definetly like it better then my older x jet. I love the fact that you can just turn it to adjust the spray depth.

Marks price is excellent considering that I paid $150 for mine last month.
