This is the biggest problem in my area. I did a bid the other day for a deck that was 2,080 sqft. built in benches, railing, even a bar built in the center. He just wanted it cleaned when I gave my friend the quote of $1500.00 he laughed and said that 4 other guys quoted him between $400 to...

There is way more time involved with cleaning, stripping, sealing of decks than just washing a house naturally I want to charge more but how much more. I try to quote everything out by square footage for anyone...

I am doing a bid for a gas station in the morning. They want there sidewalks and concrete pads done around the pumps. I was wondering if there is anything I should be aware of before bidding this job. Do I need chemical socks at all the drains?

    Beyond repair

    H2O tank

I run a 50 ft. hose that is 3/4" from the tank to the PW. I could open the top of the tank if that would help. And I don't believe it has a small float tank the manual says nothing of this.

    mud/clay stains

Does anyone know of anything that will take mud/clay stains off of houses. I am doing a house and it is turning out great with the exception of the stains left at the bottom portion of the house where the equipment drove thru during construction years ago.
