Power washers are built from quality compononts. You need an unloader/ pulsation dampner/and if you are adding hot water a hot box. Plumbing? it all depends on you. All you need do is visit a site where there sre god photos of pw's. actually there is not all that much toi it.

    What to buy

Dude, I run this system. it's been good enough for me 4 24 yrs! You may find a tank is needed for even this @ 4gpm. anything over will certainly need a tank to supply. I find 4 gpm to be optimum, @ 3000 psi. HOT HOT HOT!! pre spray all with a good detergent. (I use BJ's oven cleaner, or Sparton...

weep holes and underlayment after 24 yrs of washing I would say you have had the under layment get wet thru weep holes ( exp/cont.0 joints.) Once you get under it, you will get this effect. I use one (1) product only on vinyl and have had no probs in all this time. I would not use anymore...

    larger tips for more flow?

The drilled out 0 nozzle just creates a low pressure situation so it will bypass and draw with a downstream injector. You see them the flat type are black. large opening so the bypass can be accomplished. I say always use a nozzle rec. for your output.

New members we need your help.

I suggest you go with a 3000 psi machine, cold water will do. psi is not the answer, it's flow. so go with at least 4gpm. anything more and you will need a tank to feed it. loose paint, dirt will give you a better paint surface god luck! And yes! belt drive!! or the newer poly chain drive.
