Did these at the beginning of August....total of 9 of them. Surface is dryvit, which is a bear to clean. Overall things cleaned up nicely....client(s) were happy. It was a long day. I pulled up right when the sun was coming up and rolled up the last section of hose that evening.

Did you have to deal with any runoff lines around windows or areas near the roof?

Yea Tony...had 3" or 4" drain pipes openings about a foot down from roof line that had dirt/algae lines/stains. Also on the majority of the roofs there was dirt/algae build up right at the roof line and then down about 6"...some places it was heavy...others is wasn't as bad. Windows had the runoff lines but pretty faint and at 12 % SH we were able to knock it down on my first pass. With the heavy stains I had to reapply until the stains were gone. Had some issues with one building where a huge tree was. I was almost at full strength with SH and couldn't get the stain to budge. Russ suggested to hit it with some butyl.

SH was the main ingredient on this Doug. I added SW1K and some Dawn for the hang time I needed on the vertical surfaces. Buildings were really dirty...cob webs and "road dust"...place was near a pretty busy industrial area.

Got to love the love. SH that is. Nice job Carlos. We just finished up 40 brick building and at first we were tempting to use our roof pump to put the SH on almost at Full strength but that was not needed. But thru the x-jets my guys sent the SH with the usual soaps mixed at full strength up on the brick and presto... Clean as new brick

Looks good John.....did your guys find it a problem getting the algae off in between the bricks? I am assuming they rinsed from the ground and didn't get up close to the walls with the wand?

In this area there is almost no algae, but there are a lot of hard water stains and sometimes rust lines. Chris uses some rust product he used to get from ecochem to get that stuff off but it's kindof spendy.

If youi washed nine of those in one day by yourself, you are a beast. Hats off to you!

Ahhh....questioning my Kung Fu....ehh Ken LOL :)

None of the buildings were 4 sides. The majority of them were the front and one side. It wasn't a walk in the park but I had no problems with cars parked in stalls and I didn't eat lunch....that is if you don't include the half eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwich I found under my seat. Bread was a little moldy but I just dipped it in some SH and it was good ta go!! [p2]
