I have several different flyers that I made for different services and whenever I do an estimate I put the flyer in with it.Example: if I get a call for deck cleaning and sealing and they have a fence I put a flyer in there that emphasizes a fence cleaning special.Or if I see that there siding is dirty I have flyers with different house washing prices(depends on house size and if I want the job bad enough)Or I have a flyer that offers a 15% multiple service discount then I name all the services I do.You would be surprised how many customers go for extra work,especially if you have flyers made up with a firm price on it (have several made up for a lot of different situations)This really works good and I encourage any one to try it.
