It's official ! We are building a Brother to the Yellow Beast... AGAIN !

As most know, we have been cleaning Parking Garages before most have ever had the thought of going into business as pressure washers. In fact, most in the garage cleaning business was working in a different occupation Years after we have been in the business for Parking Garage Cleaning.

Because of this, we have been growing at a rate that we are all very proud of.

So I will announce here that we have plans to build another yellow beast. This one will be improved with over 1.4 million BTU's. coils will be 3/4 inch at over 400ft long. At 7 to 8 gallons per minute with at least 4,000 to 5,000 PSI, this unit will have better performance then our 2nd generation trailer, however will be limited to specifically Parking Garage Cleaning. As most know, our yellow beast can run at 4,300 psi at 1 gpm all the way to 11.8 GPM with a turn of a knob. This next generation will not be able to do that.

Thanks to Kubota, engineers are helping the Crystal Cleaning Company LLC with this project. I am glad that we will be able to have our 6th Kubota turbo diesel engine to power this latest generation. Thank you to Kubota for making it possible.

Each Trailer will have 2 to 4 pumps with a 8,000 watt generator. All units will be running at 70% capabilities of design specs.

Congrats Jim....when will it go LIVE???

We will start building it as soon as the engineers says " It will achieve our specs for Parking Garage cleaning".

In the Meantime.......

I will be taking the family on a 25+ day adventure through Alaska and the North West. The Cruise part will be for 14 days in a suite. Then we will stay at Vancouver for 3 days, then Victoria for 5 days. If all goes well, we will head to Seattle for a few days and then take the train from Seattle to SF bay area.

During this time, My Subs will be cleaning the Parking Structures for the next month or so with our equipment.

This will be the first time that I have been away from the business for the purpose of going on a long vacation, while my subs are on a jobsite alone; cleaning Multi Level Parking Strucutres.

I hope your guys don't forget to make sure the elevator shafts absolutely no water can go down them. You know who had that problem and what a problem that was. This poor guy was in Florida when it happened enjoying some much needed vaca time and he had to rush home because of this problem...... But then again Jim on the brighter side the only way to really get ahead is to take these type risk so you can enjoy doing what you want to do without being on the jobsite. Once you can conquer that fear then the sky is the limit.

Tomorrow me and my guys start a fairly large building and a part of this job I;ll be a few states away watching my daughter compete again in the dance Nationals all the while my guys will be dealing with lifts and cleaning while the building stays open... Should be interesting and I;ll post pics when where done.

Got to love the risk..... and when it works thats when you really can say "Life is sweet" Enjoy your vacation and especially enjoy while your spending money your actually making money by your subs doing the work----SWEET!!!!:)

Have a great time on your trip. We are going for 50 days on the space shuttle and will visit distant galaxies. After that we will be having lunch with Carlos at Emeril's on the moon. [whatup]

Just kidding Jim.

I know how you feel. We took lots of weekend camping trips before the recession but we haven't had a real family vacation since we started here in Las Vegas in 1998. We're taking a few days less off in July than you are but will be driving cross country (all for the sake of the Tampa Roundtable of course - taxes...) and will be visiting relatives along the way.

In 1997 Shelly and I asked God to provide us with a business that allowed us to have the weekends off to go to church. He gave us the dry cleaning business.

In 2004 Shelly and I asked God to provide us with a company that would allow us the time to visit our relatives as they seemed to be dying in droves. He gave us Sonitx.

After 7 years of ups, downs, and everything in between he's finally given us the opportunity we prayed for and we're taking it. (Plus we don't have to endure TSA agents groping our stuff! [help])

Have fun Jim!

Don't know how Emeril's would compare to the feast we had last week in Vegas Tony. I am still burping up that monster Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich I had.....thanks again for the company!

After lunch Tony and I was working on our tan. Temps were rocking at around 113 off the strip!

Jim...sounds like you have one heck of cruise planned out. The extend of our "cruising" this year will be probably taking the ferry from Vallejo over to Pier 39. Have fun bro....
