That 14 year old girl has parents who probably had her when they were 14 and don't know any better then to spread the legs open when so fool says "everyone else is doing it too".
My feelings there are she could have made an honest mistake the first time but comes kid number 2 she gets cut off the free ride.
Ok so most of you might not agree but once she had that first one she can no longer say " I did not know any better"
And your right, she had NO license to make babies or she would not have been given one till she was say 20 or so.
