Yes, landa has territorial rights. However, when I was helping out Hugh, I didn't work for Landa/Hotsy. That was when I started my own distributorship and that is when Hugh called me. I offered him my opinions on setups and such. He also began to ask me a plethora of questions in the field of contracting which I answered. Now, if I didn't have the distributorship and was just helping out a fellow contractor, that would be fine. But, in fact, he called me due to my distributorship. So why wouldn't I expect a sale if I gave all the info. I did. As for you Hugh, good luck in the biz, I am sure you will do well and will get someone to build you the rig you want at a half decent price. I do know that you won't get someone all inclusive as to the offer I made you. You know I was prepared to do everything start to finish, trailer, setup, lettering, delivery, and even training for a few days. I highly doubt you will find all that in one business. but if you do, great. If you come to me, great. But the price I quoted you no longer stands. Good Luck in the biz. Just so you know, I am not mad at anyone and hope everyone has a great year.
