So, here is a question for everybody. Has anybody ever cleaned a chapel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints? They have chapels all over the US and are run by FM (facility maintainence) Groups. They all have an FM manager. They are in charge of about 20-30 buildings and are always washing them to rid them of efflorescence and anything else such as gutter cleaning, walkways, etc. Here's my question. If anybody has ever seen or cleaned one of these chapels they are fairly large. I want to know what you guys would charge to remove the hard water stains from one of them. It is a pretty simple account to land if anybody would like to give it a try. A lot of them need to find washers. i have done about 100 chapels. But still want to know what you would charge. Also you guys charge by sq ft or Lin ft. Do you do that regardless of what is on the surface. Do you do that same estimate even if the surface ahs efflorescence all over it?
