I started this a while back on Facebook and have decided to continue it here. One of my favorite things to do it talk to contractors about the small tips/ideas that I've discovered during my time cleaning.
Some of these things may be fairly simple and seem common sense and some may seem more advanced and un-relatable to people new in the field, but I sincerely believe that sharing knowledge and experience is the best way to help our industry grow. Feel free to comment, agree or disagree with anything I say!
Anyways; Tip #1:
Take Photos of a customer's deck/porch before you remove everything for cleaning.
When you're done with the job you've now got a quick reference image for returning everything back where you took it from!
