We are offering different " Grades " of Cleaning for 2011

We are offering different " Grades " of Cleaning for 2011.

We have found that our Turbo Twisters are great for the first time cleaning. They are powerful and aggressive, more so than any other non motorized surface cleaner out there.

However, with this type of cleaning comes more costly due to the maintenance of the equipment. We are now offering other "Grades" of cleaning as well.

We just bought another Steel Eagle 30 inch surface cleaner with the dueblin swivel making that 5 non motorized surface units and 3 turbo twister in our inventory. These units are some of the best we have seen. We have tested others, but we prefer the Steel Eagle for the non motorized surface cleaners.

So The Crystal Cleaning Company LLC will be offering services in the Parking Garage Cleaning field for the first time the following.....

1. Turbo Twisters will be used for the first deep cleaning. This aggressiveness will dislodge particles that are impregnated in the concrete.

2. Steel Eagles will be used for a yearly maintenance cleaning. This type of cleaning will dislodge any particles that are on the surface, similar to above, just not as aggressive. This would be offered for our 3 and 5 year contracts.

3. A scrubber cleaning with filtration units on site for a preventive maintenance cleaning every quarter.

Hey Jimbo isn't it just better to stick with the Turbo Twister for all your garage cleaning?? I have one motorized surface machine(Swabby) and the rest are water driven. No doubt motor driven is much faster so if you use the water driven you will have to do more passes at least in my experience even if the garage is pretty clean because you can still see the zebra stripes if you don't do enough passes.

Of course theres different maintenance issues when dealing with higher caliber equipment but Time is money so that makes the more expensive equipment worth so much more because of the Time factor.

This might sound nuts but the analogy I can compare the water driven surface machines compared to belt driven surface machines is like using the old lawn mower sheers cutter that had no mower compared to a Mower with a Motor. Then take that and make them self driven and there better yet.

Just an Opinion

This is true, however we have found that some clients are saying that after a three year cleaning, that their garage is so clean, they can skip a year or two for the next contract. We have found that this is a problem. We are actually cleaning to good.

When we clean now, we will offer a premium cleaning for the one time or first cleaning. That will be the best of the best.

Then the Turbo surface cleaners will be replaced with the steel eagles for maintenance. A less aggressive surface cleaner. I know that this will take a few hours longer, but I feel it is necessary to keep the cleaning contract renewable for years to come.

In his book, Steve talks about the five levels of clean, letting customers determine which level they want (and which they want to pay for). For instance, level one is a "power flush" and defined as a "high water flush of all surfaces including curbs, walks and crannies" all the way up to Level 5, Restoration -- which includes all levels 1-4 finishes "plus pretreating and removing gum, rust and stains." That way they don't lose the bid because they price based on level 5 when the competitor is bidding based on level 1.

Got your message Jim. I don't know how to send a PM on here, so I sent you a note via Facebook. We'll talk soon.

Allison,

Good to hear from you. I and Jim Cooney not on the other BBS for the most part nor do I use face book. We are at Micheal Hinderliters BBS

I edited your post Jim...the link to the BBS. I post over at Michaels board as well but have enough respect for this BBS owner not to post links to other BBS's.

There was no disrespect intended. Just stating where some of us were.

Just Like how Most on these boards, members have refer that they are at PWI or TGS as well and vise a versa.

In fact, Jim Cooney, who did an outstanding job here on PWN, myself and others, promoted this site over at TGS many of times by linking video's or threads over here to help this BBS ratings. Nothing like having a contractor posting threads hitting up to 1,000 hits or more to boost those ratings on Google.

So I believe the word " Respect" is the wrong word. If it is not allowed, then I will not post it. But you must admit, it is confusing as all hell when it is allowed on PWI and TGS for many others who are posting here have done so many times to promote this BBS by saying that they are now over here.

Again, ... Respect, I do not look at it like that based on others cross threading linjks and sites. Against the rules...OK ... I will stop on the other BBS as well as here doing any cross promoting. Like I have always done thoughout the years at the UAMCC standing beside you for suport, I will again respect your wishes and the outlook for PWN.

I did not mean any Dis Respect.

Thanks for the heads up.
